In 2003, we established our own production company in Poland which could meet the growing demand for our products. This daughter-company has been set up to fulfill all the Belgian quality norms so that Geropa Sport NV can become even stronger on the European market. The role of Gerpol factory within Geropa Sport NV is:

·         Ensuring quick deliveries thanks to being located in the center of Europe, the shipments can be delivered within 15 hours.

·         Offering flexibility, the factory is set up as “a service unit”. The internal processes allow the factory to produce and deliver SMU articles and low quantities on short term basis.

·         Always improving the quality Geropa Sport NV always follows the latest technologies. It’s reflected in the machine park in Gerpol that allows us to deliver:

• True rib (single cylinder with rib dial / false rib

• Selected terry / Sandwich terry / conventional terry

• Pattern design in heel and toe

• And more

·         Offering the capacity, the maximum output for the Polish factory is 150 000 pairs per month. All on 62 top of the line Italian knitting machines offering highest technological features available.

The key people in the production process have been in Belgium for several years. This ensures a very high quality awareness in the factory.

The factory has passed with distinction audits imposed by a global soccer brand for:
